Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued once a session is booked. If you need to reschedule, please email me at alicia@aliciaredmond.com at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours or missing your session will result in forfeiting the session fee. Thank you for respecting this policy and valuing the time set aside for your strategy and creative growth.
