Thank you for your interest in booking a Next Level Discovery Call with Alicia Redmond. This call is an opportunity to explore how our services can help you achieve your goals and vision. Please review the following policy before scheduling: One Complimentary Call: Each new client is eligible for one free 30-minute discovery session. Purpose of the Call: This session is designed to help determine if our services are the right fit for your goals. It is not a coaching session but a conversation to gain clarity and discuss next steps. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please email us alicia@aliciaredmond.com at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the complimentary call. Timeliness: Please arrive on time. Sessions that begin late cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time. No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your spot.
