The Heartbeat of Your Story Course Policies Thank you for joining The Heartbeat of Your Story! Please review the following policies before completing your registration. No-Refund Policy All payments for The Heartbeat of Your Story are final and non-refundable. Because this course includes reserved instruction, preparation, course materials, and access to a limited learning experience, refunds, credits, or partial refunds will not be provided once registration and payment are completed. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Missed Classes If you are unable to attend a live class, you will not receive a refund or partial refund. When recordings are provided, you may access the recording of the missed session. Participants are encouraged to attend live whenever possible, as discussion and participation are an important part of the experience. Course Materials & Access All course materials, recordings, worksheets, and other resources are provided for the enrolled participant's personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or resold without written permission. Course access and login information may not be shared with others. Schedule Changes Alicia Redmond Envisions reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the course schedule when necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. If a class must be rescheduled, a reasonable alternative will be provided. Technical Issues Participants are responsible for having the internet connection and technology necessary to participate. Technical issues on the participant's end do not qualify for a refund. If a technical issue on the instructor's end prevents a scheduled class from taking place, the session will be rescheduled or another reasonable solution will be provided. Participation & Community The Heartbeat of Your Story is designed to be an interactive learning experience. Participants are encouraged to participate, complete exercises, ask questions, and apply the material to their own writing. All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, supportive, and constructive learning environment.
